When we decided to move from northern Ontario to the Aurora area, friends recommended Gitta Levi. We made the trip south and met with Gitta face to face and provided her with our “wish list” and budget considerations for a new home in the Aurora area. Given that we were still living up north and would not be making the move for several weeks, Gitta was sensitive to the travel and time considerations. She sent us only those listings that she felt were suitable. As it turned out our time line was tight and there was little on the market at that time. Purchasing a home was not likely to materialize before the kids needed to start school. We called Gitta and advised that we would be delaying the purchase of a home so we could focus on other more pressing issues. Gitta was completely supportive. Not only did she support us verbally, the listings kept coming, only this time for rentals in the area we hoped to live, close to the children’s’ school! As with many other families with young children, new jobs and all the other family issues, we got busy and the house hunting was put on the back burner for several months. Gitta would touch base from time to time to see how we were doing but never put any pressure on us. When we finally decided it was time to get back into house hunting mode, we called Gitta. She was wonderful! Again she only forwarded listings that would be to our liking and she did not waste our time with homes that did not meet the “wish list”. We are happy to report that the Thibeault family will be moving into our new home in June. It is exactly what we had hoped to find! Well done Gitta! We will definitely recommend to anyone and everyone we know involved in or contemplating a move

After my house sold, I was left with about 30 days to locate and close the deal to my new home. Locating a condo in Toronto was a first for me and Gitta was able to analyze the market and quickly narrow the search to my criteria and within a few days, i was able to view and put the initial offer on a condo that was within my budget, had the amenities and location that I was looking for. Hello Gitta,

it has been a while since we last spoke but it has
really been a whirlwind! We cannot believe we are
already in our new house and we wanted to thank you
once more for all that you have done to make this
possible.

To think that we were not even looking for a house!
How lucky are we? It was unfortunate that our agent
was not able to help us purchase this house. We were a
little apprehensive at the idea of asking the selling
agent to represent us, but after a couple of meetings
with you, it was clear there was nothing to worry
about. We truly felt like you wanted this for us just
as much. It was made even more obvious to us when we
realized how quickly things were moving to get our
house sold, and not for peanuts.

We were so overwhelmed, but we felt like we had new
friends there to help us all the way. No one believed
us at first when we told them that we sold our house
on the first day of the open house, and for much more
than asking price, after a week of hard work following
your advice on simple renos and staging.

Since then, we have been able to truly enjoy our
Hawaiian honeymoon, without worrying about an unsold
house over the Christmas holidays, and upon our
return, found out that we are expecting a baby. That
extra bedroom is already going to come into use!

Once again, thank you so much for everything. We will
happily recommend you to any friends looking to
relocate.
